location: is definitely a good location where you can easily walk to pavillion, lot 10, sungai wang etc. staff: staff are friendly and you can definitely "leave" your baggage if you reach early but not yet available to check in to your room room: room are clean, they even have coffee machine in the room which is complimentary for consumption.

Clean and comfy room. Good services, staffs are very nice, polite and professional. Good location, next to MRT station, very convenient drop off area. Adequate amenities provided. Easy check in and checkout process. Worth for money!

Location and good service from staff from porter, reception to housekeeping. All polite and professional. Porter who helped us on 3 Sep around 1-2pm was observant and promptly loaded our luggage when our ride arrived.

The location is perfect for us as it is very convenient to discover Bukit Bintang shopping and food hunting. Also we could go back to the room anytime to rest and continue out shopping again.

The centre of Bukit Bintang, a few steps away from MRT that we used back & forth to TRX Exchange Mall. The hotel smells GOOD. Everything was nice & we would come back again.
